Andy brings calm logic, planning, and a practical mind for numbers, compliance, and long-term growth. He’s the one who keeps things grounded, strategic, and on track.

We’re Andy and Donna, Yorkshire-based business partners with a practical background in home renovation, interior design, and electrical work. Together, we founded Property DNA Ltd to help everyday people build lasting wealth through strategic property investment.
Our motivation isn’t just business. It’s personal.
We’ve both experienced the pressures of budgeting, planning, and adapting. Our son has additional needs following early medical interventions, and everything we do, from how we structure deals to how we futureproof investments, is with long-term security in mind. Donna’s teenage daughter is already inspired by the business and hopes to play a role in its future.
